Existing Governance

The Balasore Bhadrak Dist. Co-op. Milk Producers’ Union Ltd has “Member of the Committee of Management”, constituting 15 elected members and two Govt nominees. General Manager, Balasrore Bhadrak Dist Co-op Milk Union is the Ex-officio Member Secretary. The President of the milk union is elected by the “Member of the Committee of Management”. The Member of the Committee of Management determines Union’s policy, business strategy, and delegate authority to management, monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies, strategies and business plans as per the by-laws of the Union. The Union actively acts on the complaints and grievances received by it and have designated H.R. Department as the Grievance Redressal Officer of the Union for this purpose.
